No deposit required to receive a quote or hold tentative dates. If you decide to confirm, we'll send a small deposit link (typically 20%) to lock in the date, with the balance paid in cash or card on the tour day. We accept payment in PHP, USD, JPY, or via card.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. If something comes up — illness, flight delay, change of plans — just send us a message. We've never charged a cancellation fee for a real reason.

Yes. We run one party per day, per tour. You'll never share a boat, van, or guide with strangers. Just your group, your guide, your pace.

All our guides speak fluent English by default. Japanese-speaking (日本語) guides are available on request — just mention it when you book and we'll arrange it. Our team also includes Misaki, a native Japanese-speaking liaison from Kobe, who can help coordinate. We also speak Cebuano and Tagalog locally.

Absolutely. Halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-conscious meals are all easy to arrange — just mention it when you book. Cebu has surprisingly good options for plant-based travellers.

Yes — pickup and drop-off are included with every tour, from any hotel in Cebu City, Mactan, or major resort areas. If you're staying further out, just let us know and we'll arrange it (usually with a small additional fuel charge).

Most are. Whale sharks, island hopping, fishing, and Bohol are excellent for kids. Canyoneering has age and height minimums (typically 8+ and 130cm). We adjust pace and stops for families with little ones — and we love guiding families.

We've guided travellers in their 80s. Tours like the Cebu City heritage walk, Bohol countryside, and gentle island hopping are very accessible. We'll adapt any tour to your comfort level — please let us know your needs and we'll plan thoughtfully.

Basic accident insurance is included on all tours. For trip cancellation, medical evacuation, or comprehensive coverage, we recommend buying personal travel insurance from your home country before arrival.

Cebu is tropical — short rain showers are normal year-round. We adjust the schedule (visit indoor sites first, take longer lunches) and most tours continue. If a typhoon is forecast and we feel it's unsafe, we reschedule or refund 100% — your safety always comes first.

Yes. We offer one-way and return airport transfers in our private vans, even if you're not booking a tour with us. Reasonable rates, friendly drivers, and we monitor your flight in case of delays.

We can recommend hotels we trust at every budget level, but we don't book hotels for you (we want you to keep control of your accommodation). If you'd like us to suggest a hotel, mention your budget and preferences and we'll send three honest options.

March to May is the driest and warmest. November to February is slightly cooler with very pleasant weather. June to October is the wet season with shorter, intense showers — but also fewer crowds, lusher landscapes, and lower hotel rates. We run tours year-round.
